2. NPC Mining Fleets: What's the Deal? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I appreciate everyone's perspective here. What this seems to boil down to, however, is that the number of players willing to mine is dwindling, so CCP put in rats that can be shot to snatch the ore they mined. I see a couple of problems with this...

3. NPC Mining Fleets: What's the Deal? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I used to be a banker for EOH, but the EULA killed that cash cow. Now I mostly sit around in station, counting my ISK and eating starcakes. Being effectively retired gives me plenty of time to have friendly chats with the locals, and the recent ch...

6. 10,000 sp Recurring Oppertunities Gone? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
CCP decided that this incentive wasn't worthwhile because it didn't guarantee you'd get blown up by the griefer class. They are working on a new incentive that's only realistically available to veterans piloting titans.

7. How can I turn off new messages in space? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
CCP, You added new messages in space. I hate messages in space. I turned them off years ago. The new ones, however, show up in space, and I can't find any option to turn them off. Please point me in the right direction. I do not want to know how...

8. EVE Gate: EVE Universe Tool Removed - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Dear CCP Overlords, May I inquire as to why the EVE Universe tool was removed from EVE Gate? It is quite handy, and it seems to still be in place on most other EVE pages. Sincerely, Stuck on Gate

9. Bye bye watch lists - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
The watchlist was very useful for me when banking poker games for EOH. I kept the high stakes heads-up players on the watchlist. If someone came looking for a game, I could easily see who was online that was likely to accept the challenge and cont...

15. Every MMO is first a solo game. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
The entire reason EVE makes things group-friendly, or group-dependent, is to create an incentive for solo players to pay for lots of accounts. Everyone in EVE knows that the community collectively jizzes its pants every time someone gets truly sc...
